Please note that our coaching services are not clinical counseling or psychiatric treatment and are therefore not subject to HIPAA. However, we treat all personal and health-related information with the highest standard of care and confidentiality. For clinical services (counseling and medication management), please refer to your separate clinical services agreement and Notice of Privacy Practices provided at intake.
When you subscribe to our email list or opt in to SMS communications, your information is managed through Klaviyo. By subscribing you agree to receive communications from us including newsletters, resources, and promotional content.
