Structured Mentorship

4-Week Mental Health Mentorship

Sometimes you don't need a year-long commitment — you need a focused, intentional season of support. The 4-Week Mental Health Mentorship is a structured, intimate experience designed to help you gain clarity, build tools, and create real momentum in your mental and emotional health in just one month.

Over four weeks, we meet consistently with a clear framework: identifying what's weighing on you, understanding the root patterns at play, developing personalized coping strategies, and building a sustainable plan for what comes next. Each session combines clinical insight with faith-rooted perspective, giving you the best of both worlds in a concentrated, high-impact format.

Whether you're going through a difficult season, feeling stuck, or simply ready to invest in yourself, this mentorship is designed to help you emerge with more self-awareness, practical tools, and a renewed sense of direction. This isn't generic advice — it's personalized, one-on-one support from a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who cares deeply about your flourishing.

Community Impact

Speaking Engagements

Mental health conversations are changing — and the church is one of the most powerful places where that change can happen. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and pastor's wife, I bring a unique voice to the intersection of clinical expertise and Kingdom perspective that very few speakers can offer.

I deliver powerful keynotes and talks for churches, conferences, women's ministries, faith communities, and corporate wellness events. Every presentation blends research, real stories, practical tools, and Scripture — creating conversations that are honest, hopeful, and deeply impactful. My goal is not just to inform, but to shift the way people think about mental health in the context of their faith.

Topics include: Mental Health in the Church, Bridging Faith & Psychiatry, The Pastor's Wife Perspective, Healing Without Hiding, Women's Wellness & Wholeness, Breaking the Stigma, and more. Every talk is customized to your audience, your theme, and your goals.

Psychiatric Care

Medication Management

Medication, when appropriate, can be a powerful and life-changing tool in your healing journey. As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and thoughtful, evidence-based prescribing rooted in your whole-person wellbeing — not just your symptoms.

Every medication decision is made collaboratively. We thoroughly assess your psychiatric and medical history, discuss potential benefits and side effects, explore lifestyle and faith factors that support your healing, and monitor your response over time with regular follow-ups. You are never just a prescription — you are a whole person, and your treatment plan will reflect that.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, or trauma-related conditions, medication management combined with clinical support can create significant breakthroughs. I am currently licensed to practice in Arkansas and Louisiana, with appointments available through Johnson Behavioral Health Group.

Leadership Equipping

Church Leadership Training on How To Deal With The Mental Health Crisis in America

America is facing a mental health crisis — and the church is on the frontlines whether it's ready or not. Every Sunday, people who are silently struggling with depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, trauma, and addiction fill our pews. Pastors, elders, deacons, and ministry leaders are often the first people they reach out to — yet most church leaders have received little to no training on how to respond well.

This training is designed to change that. I work directly with church leadership teams — pastors, associate pastors, ministry directors, deacons, and lay leaders — to equip them with the clinical knowledge, pastoral sensitivity, and practical frameworks they need to navigate mental health conversations with compassion, wisdom, and confidence.

This is not a one-size-fits-all seminar. Each training is customized to your church's size, culture, and specific needs. We cover how to recognize warning signs, how to have first-response conversations, when and how to refer to professional care, how to create a mentally healthy church culture, and how to develop a sustainable mental health ministry within your congregation. The church can be one of the most powerful places of healing in America — and this training helps you get there.
